Strata VR 1591 Council Meeting on Monday March 5th at 7pm will be held in Angelina Woof’s suite, #301.

The Agenda for the Meeting will be to update and move forward on January’s Annual General Meeting NEW BUSINESS #4: Rental issues:

A) Complaints that tenant in #101 is running a business (ie daycare) that is causing problems with owners and common Strata property, and

B) Complaints that tenant in #305 has a dog (against Strata Bylaw).

Annual General Meeting for Strata VR 1591

January 23rd, 2012

The Annual General Meeting for Strata VR 1591 will be held on Tuesday Jan 31st at 7:30pm. It will be held at Barbara Creighton (our accountant)’s house, which is at 4430 Osler Street (near 25th and Oak).

Please let Merry know if you will or will not be attending. If you wish her to vote on general issues submit a proxy form to her. Of priority importance is getting in postdated maintenance cheques in to Barbara Creighton, due February 1st. The amount for the postdated cheques will be the same as the current year. The strata will be discussing the building insurance quote, elect officials for this year, and review the accounts for last year and the proposed budget for this year. We will also decide a priority maintenance project for this year–interior painting, or carpet renewal, etc.
