Annual General Meeting on February 4, 2014

January 22nd, 2014

There will be an Annual General Meeting of the Strata Council for Strata VR 1591 on Tuesday February 4th at 7pm at accountant Barbara Creighton’s house, 4430 Osler Street.

The agenda will be Financials from 2013, Budget for 2014, and election of officials and any new business. The Maintenance Fees for Suite Owners for 2014 will be decided at the meeting, after which owners will be expected to provide post-dated cheques for 2014 through Jan 2015 to Barbara Creighton promptly in person or by mail.

Please use the proxy form in case you wish to submit an absentee vote.
