Please note that all owners with tenants are required to have tenants sign a Form K to indicate that they have read and will abide by our bylaws. Please print out Form K, fill it out, give it to your tenant, and return it to Shirley Heise either by scanning/emailing or mailing it to 3580 W. 15th Ave, V6R 2Z4. You have until Aug 1 to get your form to Shirley.

The Annual General Meeting for the Strata will be held Thursday January 28th, 2016 at 7pm.
Venue: Laundry Room, 1545 W.13th. Bring a chair. Please let Merry know if you are willing to offer your suite for the meeting.
Agenda will be Budget, Election of officials, Building Insurance and Assessment, and any new business.
Be prepared to bring your cheques to the AGM on Jan 28th or mail or drop them off to Shirley Heise, 3580 W. 15th Ave, Vancouver BC 604-737-1158. As discussed at the AGM in 2015, it is likely that there will be a maintenance increase of 10%, to more fully fund the maintenance plan in our Depreciation Report. Don’t write the cheques yet – Merry will let you know by Jan 29, if you cannot make it to the meeting. Maintenance cheques should cover each month for the period Feb 1, 2016 through Jan 1, 2017.
Please let Merry know ASAP if you can make it to the meeting, or send a proxy.
