We’re holding the Strata Annual General Meeting on Thurs Jan 29th, 7pm, in Peggy’s suite # 301.

Agenda: Budget, Insurance, Election of officials, New and Old Business.

There will be a meeting again on Tuesday May 6, 7pm, in Suite 301, to discuss window repair/replacement quotes that Tom Heise is getting.

We have created a new section on the site called Strata Documents. Visit here to find important documents related to the building and strata. If you have important documents, please email them as an attachment to our webmaster Stacey to be posted.

If you have ideas about how to improve our building, please post them here.
Current wish-list items are

• New carpet in hallways
• Painting of hallways
• Replacing all windows
• Putting a more attractive fence on the east side of the building
• Creating windows with fireglass in the hallway doors to allow natural light into the hallways
• Laundry room and bike room maintenance paint floor and walls to brighten up area
• Replace water pipes in building

The next meeting will take place in Peggy’s suite at 7pm, Wednesday September 12.

The new energy efficient boiler system is in full operation. It has been for a couple of days now. This Thursday and Friday, the old boiler will be broken down and then removed.

Tom and Josué will be painting the walls once Reid Brothers ( our contractors) are done.
