The Special Meeting is to pass a Bylaw allowing the Strata to levy fines\/interest when Strata fees or special levies are not received when due. This Bylaw will echo language found in other BC Strata bylaws. <\/p>\n<p>We will hold our Strata AGM immediately after the Special Meeting.<br \/>\nThe Strata AGM will deal with Insurance Coverage, Financial Statements, Budget for 2019, elect Strata Council, and deal with new and old Business.<\/p>\n<p>If you cannot attend, please send a signed <a href=\"http:\/\/www.choa.bc.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/Form-A-Proxy-Appointment_Optional-Form.pdf\" target=\"new\">proxy<\/a> by email to Merry.
