The Agenda will include: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review of insurance, due Feb &#8217;18<\/li>\n<li>Review Financials from 2017, and<\/li>\n<li>approve Budget for 2018, review any old\/ new business, elect a Strata Council.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It is anticipated that we will not need to increase Strata Fees this year, so we expect that post-dated cheques for your current Strata Fee will meet our needs for 2018. A draft copy of the Financials will be sent prior to the meeting. <\/p>\n<p>If you are not able to attend the meeting, but wish to record your vote, please send a signed proxy by email to Merry ( it can be a photo if you aren&#8217;t able to scan it.)
