Strata VR1591 will hold our Strata AGM on Thursday January 16th at 7pm, in the Laundry Room at 1545 West 13th Avenue.
The Agenda will include:
- Review of insurance, due Feb 2020
- Review Financials from 2019
- Approve Budget for 2020
- Discuss projects for 2020
- Review any old/ new business
- Elect a Strata Council.
It is anticipated that we will not need to increase Strata Fees this year, so we expect that post-dated cheques for your current Strata Fee will meet our needs for 2020. A draft copy of the Financials will be sent before the meeting to review, as well as instructions about getting your Feb1/20 – Jan1/21 cheques to our Treasurer.
